Long Service Association
The Mitcheldean Long Service Association (LSA) was formed in 1953 and dinners have been held annually since then. The Inaugural Dinner took place 14th October 1953 at Bradley Court Hotel. Employees who have reached a specific milestone are presented with an award celebrating this. From 1960 the Vision Magazine contains details of LSA members and awards.
The Mitcheldean Long Service was officially wound up in recent years but ex-employees have continued to meet annual thanks to the efforts of Allan Edwards.
